8ZR Machine1. Move the machine forward or backward until the sprocket to be removed is on the bottom of the final drive.2. Put the forks of a lift truck in position under sprocket segment (1).3. Remove nuts (3) four bolts (2) (74Z & 4HK) and the washers. Remove four bolts (2) and the washers from the plate (8ZR). Use the lift truck and remove the sprocket segment from the final drive. The weight of the sprocket segment is 75 kg (165 lb). The following steps are for installation of the sprocket segments.4. Use a lift truck and put the sprocket segment in position on the final drive.5. Put LOCTITE C5A ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND on the threads of bolts (2). Put the washers on the bolts.6. Install the bolts and washers with the washer against the final drive. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 870 70 N*m (640 50 lb ft). Turn bolts (2) by an additional 120 ° 5 °.
