Oni Tools Direct replacement to OEM parts number 6V-9050 or 6V9050. || Designed to remove broken exhaust manifold studs and bolts on CAT models 3200, 3300, 3400, C-9, C-15, C-16, C-18, C-27 and C-32. || This heavy duty set includes a drill fixture, 2 alignment bushings, 2 drill bushings, and 2 drills. || The removal of broken stud begins by using disc grinder to grind broken stud so 164-3755 Drill Fixture can be secured to cylinder head; 1/8 inch drill and drill bushing first used to drill completely through broken stud; then stud is drilled out using 5/16 inch drill and drill bushing. || Since bolts are used to retain exhaust manifolds on 3200 family engines, HeliCoil is acceptable for repair of these heads; however, studs with taperlock threads are used to retain exhaust manifolds on 3300 and 3400 family engines and Heli Coil cannot be used to repair cylinder heads on these engines.

Typical In-Line Dryer (1) Inlet hose with air conditioner quick disconnects (2) Outlet hose with air conditioner quick disconnectsIn order to replace the in-line dryer and the orifice tube that is in the in-line dryer, use the procedure that follows.Before any service work is performed on the air conditioning system, refer to the Service Manual, SENR3334, "Machine Preparation for Troubleshooting" section in Testing and Adjusting.
Stop the engine for five minutes in order to equalize the pressure in the air conditioning system.
Disconnect the inlet hose (1) from the old in-line dryer.
Connect the inlet hose that was disconnected in Step 2 to the inlet on the new in-line dryer.
Start the engine and operate the air conditioning system.
With the air conditioning system in operation, disconnect the outlet hose (2) from the old in-line dryer.
Stop the engine for five minutes in order to equalize the pressure in the air conditioning system.
Connect the outlet hose (2) that was disconnected in Step 5 to the outlet on the new in-line dryer.Note: Do not add oil to the in-line dryer.
