Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Disconnect hoses (3). Remove bolts (2). Use two people in order to remove aftercooler (1) .
Repeat Step 1 for the remaining aftercooler.Installation Procedure

Position aftercooler (1). Install bolts (2). Connect hoses (3) .Note: The mounts on the aftercooler need to correctly align with the brackets. Do not pry or twist the aftercooler. Reposition the brackets in order to align the brackets with the mounts for the aftercooler.
Repeat Step 1 for the remaining aftercooler.End By: Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
