(XT3)1 - 6V9182 Elbow2 - 7M8485 Seal1 - 9S4181 Plug1 - 8X5974 Manifold2 - 8T4172 Bolt (M10 X 80)2 - 8T4121 Washer (M10)1 - 8X7853 Block (Add to frame)1 - 6V1722 Adapter2 - 3D2824 Seal1 - 7X7962 Boss (Add to frame)1 - 6V9007 Elbow (90°)1 - 1100778 Fitting - OrificeRemovals (From Wiring Group)
2 - 4D7794 Clip2 - 8T4121 Washer2 - 8T4137 BoltRework Procedure:
1.Remove steering pressure switch assembly (1) from 8X6029 Block (2), shown in Illustration One.2.Remove two 8T4137 Bolts (3), two 8T4121 Washers (4) and two 4D7794 Clips (5) that are supporting the end of the wire harness.3.Using the dimensions shown in Illustration Two, locate and weld 7X7962 Boss (6) and 8X7853 Block (7) to engine frame.4.Attach 8X5974 Manifold (9) to the 8X7853 Block (7) which was welded to the frame in Step 3, with two 8T4172 Bolts and two 8T4121 Washers. Shown in Illustration Three.5.Install 6V1722 Adapter (10) and 3D2824 Seal (11) into the top of 8X5974 Manifold (9).6.Install 6V9182 Elbow (12), 7M8485 Seal (13) and 6V9746 Seal (14) into the right side of 8X5974 Manifold.7.Install 7M8485 Seal (13) and 9S4181 Plug (15) into the left side of 8X5974 Manifold (9).8.Install 3K0360 Seal (16) and 1100778 Fitting (17) into the top of 8X6029 Block (18).9.Install 6V9746 Seal (14), 6V9007 Elbow (19) and 3D2824 Seal (11) into 1100778 Fitting (17).10.Connect 9U2285 Hose Assembly (20). Connect 90° end to 6V9007 Elbow (19).11.Reroute wire harness as shown in Illustration Four.12.Install steering pressure switch (A) into the 6V1722 Adapter (10) on top of 8X5974 Manifold (9) and support the end of wire harness with one 4D7794 Clip, one 8T4137 Bolt and one 8T4121 Washer on the new 7X7962 Boss (6).
