Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to exhaust manifold (7). The weight of exhaust manifold is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).
Place the gaskets and exhaust manifold (7) into position on the cylinder head.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (8) that hold the exhaust manifold in place. Install bolts (8).
Place the gasket, the spacer, the O-ring seal, and tube assembly (6) in position. Install the bolts.
Connect hose (5) and tighten the clamp assembly.
Connect tube assembly (4).

Position transformers (3) and the harness assemblies on the exhaust manifold.
Install bolts (2).
Install the spark plug wires.
Connect tube assembly (1).
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change". End By:
Install the electronic control module.
Install the turbocharger.
