Procedure to Check the STIC Lockout Control
Engage the parking brake. Lower the work tool to the ground and stop the engine.
Install the steering frame lock.

Move steering and transmission lock lever (1) to the UNLOCKED position.

(A) 150 50 mm (5.90 1.97 inch)
Open the operator station door 150 50 mm (5.90 1.97 inch). Lever (1) should move to the LOCKED position.
If lever (1) does not move to the LOCKED position. Refer to "Procedure to Adjust the STIC Lockout Control". Procedure to Adjust the STIC Lockout Control

Remove cover (2) from the door.

(3) Rod assembly
(4) Nut
(5) Pin
(6) Yoke
(7) Clip
Loosen nut (4).
Remove clip (7) and pin (5).
Turn yoke (6) to lengthen or shorten rod assembly (3). Lengthening rod assembly (3) will increase the measurement the door will open before the steering and transmission lever will move the LOCKED position. Shortening rod assembly (3) will decrease the measurement the door will open before the steering and transmission lever will move the LOCKED position.
Install pin (5) and clip (7).
Check the STIC lockout control. Refer to "Procedure to Check the STIC Lockout Control".
Tighten nut (4).
Install cover (2) to the door.
