Position Tooling (A) under front guard (1), as shown. The weight of front guard (1) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).
Remove nuts (2) from both sides of front guard (1) and use Tooling (A) to lower the back side of front guard (1) to the ground.

Reposition Tooling (A) and remove hinge pins (3) .
Use Tooling (A) to lower front guard (1) to the ground.

Position Tooling (A) under rear guard (4), as shown. The weight of rear guard (4) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb) .

Remove hinge pins (5) .
Remove nuts (6) and use Tooling (A) to lower rear guard (4) to the ground.Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise rear guard (4) into position. The weight of rear guard (4) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb) .
Install nuts (6) and hinge pins (5) .

Position front guard (1) under the machine. Use Tooling (B) in order to raise the front guard (1) into position, as shown. The weight of front guard (1) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb) .
Install hinge pins (3) .

Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of front guard (1) and install nuts (2) .
