Note: Clean all mating surfaces. Wipe the surfaces to remove debris and contaminants.Note: Lubricate the sealing surface lightly with lubricant.
Apply Tooling (F) onto both mating surfaces of seal (9) during assembly. If necessary, install bearing (7), retaining ring (8), seal (9), and retaining ring (10). Use Tooling (E) to install seal (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to front track roller frame (6), as shown. Use Tooling (B) to help keep front track roller frame (6) level. The weight of front track roller frame (6) is approximately 1565 kg (3450 lb). Use Tooling (D) to protect the seals in rear track roller frame (4). Install front track roller frame (6) until the suitable lifting device contacts rear track roller frame (4). Remove the suitable lifting device.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front track roller frame (6). Use Tooling (B) and a suitable chain to install front track roller frame (6) into the rear track roller frame (4). Remove Tooling (D). Install front track roller frame (6) into rear track roller frame (4) .

Install guide assembly (5) to both sides of rear track roller frame (4) .

Install O-ring seal (3), cover (2), the washers, and bolts (1). Repeat for the opposite side.
Fill the recoil spring compartment with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Recoil Spring Compartment Oil Level - Check".End By: Connect the track.
