See the article that follows.Description of Change: A one-piece oil pan has been released in order to replace the three-piece oil pan. The new oil pan helps increase the stability of the oil pan.Adaptable To: If the gasket fails, replace the gasket with the same part number and reinstall the three-piece oil pan. If the integral seal is causing the leak on the three-piece oil pan, replace the seal with the same part number and reinstall the three-piece oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR1364, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove and Install" for the proper instruction in order to replace the integral seal.If the oil pan section causes the leak, on 385B and 385C with a three-piece oil pan, replace the three-piece oil pan with the new 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp, and a new 275-6596 Oil Level Gauge As. 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp is the new one-piece oil pan. The engine must be removed from the machine in order to properly install the new oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR5408, "Engine - Remove" in order to properly remove the engine so the oil pan can be replaced. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR1364, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove and Install" for the proper instructions in order to remove the oil pan. After the old oil pan is removed, install 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp. Once 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp is installed, torque the bolts to 47 9 N m (34 6 lb ft). After 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp is installed, place the engine back into the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR5408, "Engine - Install" for the proper procedure for installing the engine.If the oil pan section causes the leak, on 365C with a three-piece oil pan, replace the three-piece oil pan with the new 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp, the new 275-8734 Tube As, and the new 287-2115 Oil Level Gauge As. The engine must be removed from the machine in order to properly install the new oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR8615, "Engine - Remove" in order to properly remove the engine so the oil pan can be replaced. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR8261, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove and Install" for the proper instructions in order to remove the oil pan. After the old oil pan is removed, install 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp. Once 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp is installed, torque the bolts to 47 9 N m (34 6 lb ft). After 271-5761 Engine Oil Pan Gp is installed, place the engine back into the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR8615, "Engine - Install" for the proper procedure for installing the engine.All
