1 8 490-6439 Band Clamp(1) Lubricate the threads, bearing surfaces and inside diameter of the clamps before assembly with Loctite® C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 17 2 N.m (150 18 lb in).
2 4 443-5940 Bellows As(1) Ensure that the bellows are Installed in the proper direction as marked on the bellows by an arrow.
Ensure that the distance between the convolutions is uniform.
3 4 099-0169 Bolt Before Assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite® C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
4 2 322-5830 Bolt
5 8 349-3559 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite® C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
6 2 246-4924 Gasket After assembly, bend the tab of the gasket to the adjacent surface.
(1) Do not reuse
