Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Put clean engine oil or glycerin on four O-ring seals (1). Install four O-ring seals (1) on the extensions of aftercooler core (1) .

Install aftercooler housing (3) if the housing was removed.
Use chains and a suitable lifting device to install aftercooler core (2). The weight of the aftercooler core is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).

Install ten bolts (4) and washers.

Install one plate and one adapter (8). Install elbow (7) and two bolts (6). Connect tube assembly (5) .

Install one plate and one adapter (10). Install elbow (12) and two bolts (11). Connect tube assembly (9) .
Install tube adapter (15). Install and tighten two clamps (14).
Tighten the fitting at the bottom of tube assembly (13) .

Install a new gasket, aftercooler cover (21), and two clips (22) in the original locations and secure with bolts (20) and washers.
Tighten fitting (16) .
Install two spacers (19) and two bolts (17) holding clips (18) .
Install a new gasket, throttle assembly (23) and secure with four bolts and washers (25) .
Install spacer (24) and bolt (27) holding rod assembly (26) .
Install air tube assembly (29) in the original location.
Install two plates (30) and two bolts (32) .
Install four bolts and washers (31) .
Connect tube assembly (28) .End By: Fill the system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual.
