A 138-7575 Link Bracket 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install Tooling (A) to control valve (1). Attach Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device and a hoist in order to position control valve (1) on bracket (25). The weight of control valve (1) is 186 kg (410 lb).
Install five bolts (24) and the washers in order to install control valve (1) onto bracket (25).
Remove Tooling (A) from control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (23) to the hydraulic tank.

Connect wire harness (21) to solenoid (22) at the electrical connection.
Install tube assembly (20).

Connect hose assembly (17). Connect tube assembly (19). Install tube assembly (18).
Connect wire harness (15) to solenoid (16) at the electrical connection.

Connect hose assembly (14) to control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (13) to control valve (1).

Install clamp (12) and connect hose assembly (11) to control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (10) to control valve (1).

Position adapter (9) and hose assembly (8). Connect hose assembly (7) to control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (6) to control valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (5) to control valve (1).
Connect hose assembly (4) to control valve (1).
Connect hose assembly (3) to control valve (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7173, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil - Change" for the correct procedure. End By:
Remove the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
