2 1 195-3495 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with seals must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Seal rings must be assembled square with the bore. Toric seals must not bulge. Toric seals must not twist.
3 20 1A-8537 Bolt Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
4 3 108-1554 Bushing Before assembly, thoroughly coat the bushing with the clean final drive lubricant.
Bore is 95.395 0.013 mm (3.7557 0.0005 inch).
5 9 0S-1585 Bolt Torque to 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
6 1 9H-0846 O-Ring Seal Lightly lubricate the O-ring seal with the lubricant that is being sealed.
7 1 2S-4078 O-Ring Seal Lightly lubricate the O-ring seal with the lubricant that is being sealed.
8 1 6V-3298 Magnetic Plug Torque to 105 10 N m (77 7 lb ft).
9 1 8D-5096 O-Ring Seal Lightly lubricate the O-ring seal with the lubricant that is being sealed.
10 46 1D-4627 Bolt Tighten to 400 60 N m (295 44 lb ft).
Tighten to additional turn of 120 10 degrees.
