Support lower counterweight (1) with a suitable lift truck, as shown.
Remove six bolts (2) and remove lower counterweight (1). The weight of the lower counterweight is 1032 kg (2275 lb).

Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (4) from hydraulic oil cooler (3) .

Remove two hose clamps (7) which hold hose assembly (5) in place.
Remove the two bolts which hold bracket (10) in place. Remove bracket (10) .
Disconnect two hose assemblies (5) and (9) from refrigerant condenser (6) .
Remove hose clamp (8) which holds the two hose assemblies in place.

Loosen clamps (11) which secure tube assembly (12) in place. Remove tube assembly (12) from the radiator assembly and the engine compartment shield.
Disconnect hose (13) from the fan drive pump. Pull hose (7) through the engine compartment shield as the radiator assembly is removed.

Remove two bolts (14) which connect the engine compartment shield to the fan support structure.

Disconnect two hose assemblies (15) and (16) from the radiator assembly.

Disconnect two tube assemblies (17) from the fan motor.
Disconnect tube assembly (18) from the aftercooler core.

Disconnect two tube assemblies (19) from the radiator assembly.
Disconnect two hose assemblies (20) from the radiator assembly.

Remove the four bolts which secure step plate (21) in place. Remove step plate (21) .

Open the cover to the rear compartment. Remove the six bolts that secure cover plate (22) and remove cover plate (22) .

Remove the four bolts that secure step plate (23) and remove step plate (23) .

Install Tooling (A) and support the radiator assembly with a hoist and suitable lifting slings, as shown.

Remove four bolts (24) from both sides of the radiator assembly.
Remove the radiator assembly. The weight of the radiator assembly is 475 kg (1050 lb).
Place the radiator assembly on a flat surface. Disassemble the radiator assembly, as required.
