Cushion Hitch Control
Actuation of the cushion hitch or steering control can cause movement in the hitch area, reducing clearances suddenly.
Machines which are not equipped with the push-pull hook and bail have a two position CUSHION HITCH control. Up is the CUSHION RIDE position. Down is the LOCK DOWN position.The cushion hitch control should be in the CUSHION RIDE position at all times, except when loading or when dumping for a smooth spread. This allows faster working cycle times.Bowl Control
Bowl Lower (1.) - Move the lever part way to the RIGHT (away from the operator) to lower the bowl slowly. The lever will return to HOLD when released. Bowl Hold (2.) - The bowl will not raise or lower. Bowl Raise (3.) - Pull the lever TOWARDS the operator to raise the bowl. The lever will return to HOLD when released.Elevator Directional Control
Forward (1.) - Move the lever forward to allow the elevator to operate in the forward direction. Reverse (2.) - Move the lever to the rear to allow the elevator to operate in a reverse direction.Elevator Speed Control
Reverse (1.) - The elevator will operate in reverse direction until the lever is moved manually. The elevator directional control must be in reverse.
Stopped (2.) - The elevator will not move. Slow Speed Forward (3.) - The elevator will rotate at slow speed until the control is moved. The elevator directional control must be in forward. High Speed Forward. (4.) - The elevator will rotate at fast speed until the control is moved. The elevator directional control must be in forward.Ejector Floor Control
1. Ejector Return Detent - Push the lever all the way to the RIGHT (away from the operator) and release it. The ejector will move back.2. Ejector Return - Push the lever part way to the RIGHT (away from the operator) to move the ejector rearward. The lever will return to HOLD when released.3. Ejector Hold - The ejector will stay where it is and will not move forward or rearward.4. Ejector Forward - Pull the lever TOWARDS the operator to move the ejector forward. The lever will return to HOLD when released.
Do not move the ejector forward with the bowl loaded. Damage to the ejector may occur.
