Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the vibratory valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Valve - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove nut (1), nut (2), and the O-ring seals. Remove coils (3) and (4) .

Remove O-ring seals (8), cartridge (6), and cartridge (7) from vibratory valve (5) .

Remove backup ring (11), O-ring seal (10), and O-ring seal (9) from cartridge (6) .
Repeat Step 3 in order to disassemble cartridge (7) .

Remove counterbalance valve (12) from vibratory valve (5) .

Remove O-ring seal (18), backup ring (17), backup ring (16), O-ring seal (15), backup ring (14), and O-ring seal (13) from counterbalance valve (12) .

Remove relief valves (19) and (20) from vibratory valve (5) .

Remove O-ring seal (23), backup ring (22), and O-ring seal (21) from relief valve (19) .
Repeat Step 8 in order to disassemble relief valve (20) .

Remove valve (24) from vibratory valve (5) .
