Remove And Install Engine Oil Cooler
START BY:a. remove oil filter and oil filter base
3304 Engine Shown 1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.2. Loosen clamp (1), and remove bolts (6). Remove bolt (5), and move pipe (2) toward the front of the engine and into the hose.3. Remove bolts (4) and core assembly (3). Remove the gaskets. Remove pipe (2) if necessary.4. Remove bolts (7) and elbows (8) from core assembly (3). Remove O-ring seals (9) from the elbows.5. Put O-ring seals (9) in position in elbows (8). Put elbows (8) in position on core assembly (3), and install bolts (7) to hold them.6. If pipe (2) was removed from the hose, put it in position in the hose, and push it toward the front of the engine.7. Put the gasket and core assembly (3) in position, and install bolts (4) to hold them.8. Put the gasket and pipe (2) in position against core assembly (3). Install bolts (6), bolt (5), and tighten clamp (1).9. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.END BY:a. install oil filter and oil filter base
