2. Remove two bolts (1) and lockwasher which fasten tube (2) to lubrication relief valve (3). 3. Remove four bolts (4) and lockwashers. Remove relief valve (3) from the transmission case.Install Lubrication Relief Valve (Power Shift)
1. Inspect and make a replacement if necessary of three O-ring seals (1) on the lubrication relief valve. Install relief valve (2) on the transmission case with four bolts and lockwashers. 2. Inspect and make a replacement if necessary of the O-ring seal on tube (3). Install the tube on the relief valve with two bolts and lockwashers.3. START BY:a) remove lubrication relief valve1. Remove three O-ring seals (1). Remove two bolts (2) and cover (3).2. Remove spring (6), valve spool (5) and O-ring seal (4). Make sure all parts are clean and free of foreign material.3. Install O-ring seal (4) on the valve body. Install spool (5) and spring (6) in the valve body.4.
