21. Using 9M4849 O-Ring Seal (133) and 7N7559 Gasket (135) install 4P3174 Turbocharger Tube Assembly (130) (Drain) to bottom of turbocharger and engine block. 22. Using 4H9541 Gasket (134) install 4P3035 Turbocharger Tube Assembly (129) (Supply) to top of turbocharger and connect to connector (131) on oil filter base assembly.23. Using 7W0534 Washer (132) between clips (BB) secure tube assemblies (130) and (129).24. Using 5K9660 Clip (78) connect single point drain line (Z) to elbow (63) on bottom of rear water bonnet (66) and secure to block using engine oil pan bolt. Refer to step seven (7) above for location of single point drain line (Z).Installation of Discharge Lines
1. Using 6V9746 Face Seal (27) connect 8W3184 Hose Assembly (6) to the discharge port on circulation pump group (5). 2. Using a 6V9746 Face Seal (27) connect the other end of Hose Assembly (6) to the inlet port of core assembly (79) (Top).3. Using a 6V9746 Face Seal (27) connect one end of 8W7793 Hose Assembly (9) to the outlet port of the core assembly (79) (Bottom). 4. Using a 6V9746 Face Seal (27) connect the other end of Hose Assembly (9) to the return port, 6V8629 Elbow (10), on the pump drive fill tube. Hose Assembly (9) is not shown.Hose Clamp Installation
1. Using 8T7087 Grommet (45), 5P7468 Clip (43), 2A4639 Bolt (41), 5M2894 Washer (22) and 5P7469 Clip (24) secure suction line to pump drive. 2. Using 5P8112 Grommet (33), 5P7466 Clip (32) and 5P7467 Clip (31) secure discharge line to fuel filter priming pump base with 0S1591 Bolt (21).3. Using 8T7087 Grommet (45), 5P7468 Clip (43), 5P7469 Clip (24), 5P8112 Grommet (33), 5P7466 Clip (32), 5P7467 Clip (31), 0S1591 Bolt (21), 5M2894 Washer (22) and 1D4717 Nut (42) secure discharge line to suction line. 4. Using 5P8112 Grommet (33), 5P7466 Clip (32), 5P7467 Clip (31), 9S1366 Bolt (34), 5P8245 Washer (35) and 9F8885 Spacer (36) secure the discharge lines to the pump drive.Muffler Rework
1. Using 4L6454 Bolts (140) and 8T4896 Washers (43) install the 4P2227 Rear Support Assembly (136) to the block. 2. Using 4L9337 Bolts (139) and 7X0772 Washers (144) install the 4P2228 Front Support Assembly (141) to the block. 3. Using 4L6454 Bolt (140) and 7X0503 Washer (145) fasten the fumes disposal tube to the front muffler support assembly (141). Be sure to locate Washer (145) between the clip and support. 4. Using 1B4971 Spacers (137), 5B0213 Bolts (142), 6V8801 Nuts (138), 7X0772 Washers (144) and 8T4896 Washers (143) install the muffler to the supports. Be sure to locate spacers (137) between the supports and the muffler.Fluid Check and Refill
1. Use the Operation & Maintenance Manual and fill all fluids to proper levels before starting the machine.2. Pump drive oil capacity is now 8.0 L (8.5 qt). Be sure to add oil slowly as the circulation pump draws oil into new lines and cooler.
