Assemble O-Ring seal (2) to the boss as shown.

Use four bolts (3), and four washers (4) to assemble tube assembly (5) to the machine.

Use two clamps (7) to assemble both hose (6), and hose (8) to the machine as shown.

Use one clamp (7) to assemble tube (9) to the machine as shown.
Use one clamp (7) to assemble tube assembly (10) to the machine as shown.

Position one clip (12), and one clip (13) on the tube assembly as shown. Assemble one clip (11) onto tube (9) as shown. Align the holes in the clips. Use one bolt (14), and one hard washer (15) to secure the clips to tube (9).

Assemble one O-Ring seal (16) into both ports at the bottom of the radiator as shown.

Use four bolts (17), four hard washers (18), and two flanges (19) to assemble plate (20) to the right port on the radiator.
Assemble one O-Ring seal (21), and one O-Ring seal (22) to connector (23). Assemble the connector to plate (20).

Assemble tube assembly (24) to connector (23).
Use two clamps (7) to assemble hose (8) to the bottom of tube assembly (10), and the top of tube assembly (24).
Use two bolts (27), four hard washers (15), and two lock nuts (28) to position plate (29) as shown.
Use two bolts (25), four hard washers (15), and two nuts (26) to position the two clips (11) as shown.
Remove the two lock nuts (28). Apply Loctite 271© to the bolts. Tighten the lock nuts.
Tighten the two nuts (26).
Tighten tube assembly (24) to adapter (23).
Tighten the two clamps (7) that connect the bottom of tube assembly (10), and the top of tube assembly (24).

Use four bolts (17), four hard washers (18), and two flanges (19) to assemble loosely tube assembly (30) to the left port in the bottom of the radiator.

Use four clamps (31) to assemble hose (32) to the machine.Note: Install all the hoses and clamps. Adjust and align the tube assemblies into the proper positions. Tighten the four flange bolts (17) for tube assembly (30). Then, tighten all the clamps. Make sure that the clamps are rotated 180 degrees off each other.
Use four clamps (7) to assemble one hose (6) to the bottom of tube (9).
Assemble one O-Ring seal (36), and one O-Ring seal (34) to elbow (35). Assemble the elbow to tube assembly (30) as shown. Assemble cap assembly (33) to elbow (35).
Assemble one O-Ring seal (36), and one O-Ring seal (38) to elbow (37). Assemble the elbow to tube assembly (30).
Use four T bolt clamps (39) to assemble hose (40) to the machine as shown.

Assemble hose assembly (P) that was removed earlier to the elbow (37). On machines equipped with the cold weather starting arrangement, position elbow (38) to allow adequate clearance with other components in the area.
