Connection of the 294-9546 Adapter As (9) to the brake accumulatorNote: Hoses "AA" and "BB" are existing factory installed hoses. These hoses are for the installation of the coupler supply group. The hoses should not be used as reference for ordering new parts.Note: All pressure must be relieved from the brake accumulator prior to removing the lines. Manually cycling the brakes in order to remove all pressure from the hydraulic system. Failure to follow this procedure can result in personal injury.
Disconnect the existing hoses "AA" and "BB" from the brake accumulator that is located closest to the machine frame.
Remove the existing tee fitting from the brake accumulator. Attach the new 148-8415 Reducer As (15) and the 294-9546 Adapter As (9) in place of the old tee fitting.
Attach the 316-9331 Hose As (10) to the 294-9546 Adapter As (9) .Installation Procedure for 271-4026 Coupler Wiring Gp

Connect the 271-4027 Work Tool Harness As (3) to the solenoid wire terminal that is located on the 371-9415 Diverter Valve Gp (3). Refer to ""Installation Procedure for 275-6101 Coupler Lines Gp "".
Connect the 218-4935 Arc Suppressor (2) to the arc suppressor terminal of the chassis harness.
Fasten the 4P-8134 Clip (4) to the left frame rail by using the existing bolt. Secure the 271-4027 Work Tool Harness As (3) to the 4P-8134 Clip (4) by using one 7K-1181 Cable Strap (1) .Installation Procedure for 252-5925 Quick Coupler Switch Gp

Note: Refer to Illustration 13 for the location of installation.
Attach one 132-1829 Alarm Gp (3) to the instrument panel by using one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (1) and by using one 7K-1181 Cable Strap (2).
Connect the 132-1829 Alarm Gp (3) to the main cab harness.
Insert the 280-4244 Rocker Switch (4) into the instrument panel.
