The 437-8293 Fuse Panel Harness Assembly needs to be inspected and adjusted on the products listed below. The existing harness assembly can interfere with the main relay studs and can wear through. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Cat dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
If you are no longer the owner of this product(s), please contact your local Cat dealer so that our records can be updated. Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 13Jun2014 when scheduling this service.

Rework Procedure
1. Open the front access door to the fuse panel compartment located on the left-hand fender. (Reference Image 1.1.1) Review the clearance between the lowest inboard pigtail (orange connector) of the 437-8293 Fuse Panel Harness Assembly to the 241-8368 Main Power Relay Studs. If there is no clearance between the wires and the studs, proceed to Step 2 to adjust. If adequate clearance is present to prevent harness failure, close the door and finish. (Reference Image 1.1.2 & 1.1.3)

2. If interference is present, remove the 380-7789 Front Battery Box Cover and set cover and hardware aside. Cut the quantity 4 7K-1181 Tie Straps securing the fuse panel harness. (Reference Image 1.2.1) Inspect the harness assembly for excess wear and repair as needed. Adjust the harness up and away from the relay to provide clearance using the new 7K-1181 Tie Straps. Re-install cover assembly.
