Use a suitable press to install bearing (20) to shaft assembly (14).

Install spacer (19).

Install bearing cup (18).

Install bearing cup (16) and lip seal (17).

Heat bearing (15) and position into the housing. Install shaft (14) through bearing (15).

Apply Tooling (D) to nut (13). Install nut (13). Use Tooling (D) to tighten nut (13). Tighten nut (13) to a torque of 800 50 N m (590 37 lb ft).Note: Do not reuse the existing nut, install a new nut (13).

Install spacer (12) and O-ring seal (11).

Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.
Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (6). Install gear (5) and retaining ring (6) to planetary gear set (4).
Use Tooling (A) to install three retaining rings (7). Install three gears (8) and three retaining rings (7) to planetary gear set (4).
