Install air ducting (24) and bolts (25) .

Install footrest (22) and floor mat (21) .

Connect harness assemblies (20) to the alternator. Connect heater hose (19) on the right side of the engine.

Left side of the engine
Connect upper radiator hose (7) and oil fill hose (8) to the engine.
Connect heater hose (11) and lower radiator hose (12) to the left side of the engine.
Connect cable assembly (10). Install new cable straps in order to secure cable assembly (10) to the engine. Install all hardware that secures cable assembly (10) to the engine.
Connect plug assembly (9) for the air conditioner.
Connect starting aid tube (6), if equipped.
Connect harness assembly (17) .
Position decelerator cable (16) and install pin (14). Tighten nut (15). Install all clips (18) that secure decelerator cable (16) to the engine.
Connect the other end of fuel hose assembly (13) and tighten the clamp.

Turn on the fuel at fuel shutoff valve (5) .

Install left side hood support bracket (4) .

Keep face and hands away to help prevent injury.Protective goggles must always be worn when refrigerant lines are opened, even if the gauges indicate the system is empty of refrigerant.Always use precaution when a fitting is removed. Slowly loosen the fitting. If the system is still under pressure, release it slowly in a well ventilated area.Personal injury or death can result from inhaling refrigerant through a lit cigarette.Inhaling air conditioner refrigerant gas through a lit cigarette or other smoking method or inhaling fumes released from a flame contacting air conditioner refrigerant gas, can cause bodily harm or death.Do not smoke when servicing air conditioners or wherever refrigerant gas may be present.Use a certified recovery and recycling cart to properly remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.

Note: The refrigerant accumulator was removed during the removal procedure in order to gain clearance for the installation procedure.
Remove plugs and caps and Install refrigerant accumulator (3). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Accumulator - Remove and Install".

Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) to the refrigerant compressor.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the approximate charge for the machine that is being serviced. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the approximate amount of hydraulic system oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct filling procedure.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the approximate cooling system capacity. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct filling procedure.End By:
Install the fan and the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
