To prevent personal injury, move the control levers backward and forward to release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Slowly loosen the cap of the hydraulic tank to release any pressure in the tank. Be cautious of hot hydraulic oil when any lines are disconnected in the hydraulic system.
2. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. The hydraulic tank capacity is 57 L (15 gal). The accumulator charging valve is located inside the left frame rail, in front of the rear axle.
The brake accumulator line and the brake control valve line are pressurized. To prevent personal injury, release any pressure in the lines before loosening any fittings. Put identification marks on all oil lines prior to disconnection.3. Disconnect five oil lines (3) from accumulator charging valve (2). Cap or plug all openings as each oil line is disconnected.4. Remove two screws (1) and remove accumulator charging valve (2). The following steps are for the installation of the accumulator charging valve.5. Put accumulator charging valve (2) in position on the machine and install two screws (1).6. Connect five oil lines (3) to accumulator charging valve (2).7.
