Raise lift arms (1) and position Tooling (A) in order to support lift arms (1) .
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Retain the hydraulic tank oil.
Move the disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove panels (2) and panel (3) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (4) .

Remove bolts (5). Set tube assemblies (4) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assembly (6) .

Disconnect harness assembly (7) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) .

Remove nut (11) .
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to auxiliary control valve (12). The weight of auxiliary control valve (12) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).Note: Part of Tooling (B) attaches where nut (11) was removed.

Position Tooling (C) beneath guard assembly (14). The weight of guard assembly (14) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
Remove bolts (15) and the washers.
Remove bolts (13) and the washers. Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Use Tooling (C) in order to remove guard assembly (14) .

Remove four bolts (16) and the washers.

Remove auxiliary control valve (12) .Installation Procedure
Install auxiliary control valve (12) in the reverse order of removal.Note: If auxiliary control valve (12) was disassembled and then assembled, the following steps must be performed after the installation procedure.
Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Relief Valve Line - Test and Adjust" for the relief and check valves.
Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Pressure Limiter (Auxiliary Valve) Check and Adjust" for the pressure limiter valve.
