1 6 274-7701 Bolt Before assembly, apply clean engine oil to the threads of the bolts.
Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts:
1. Hand tighten the bolt 1 through bolt 6 to a maximum torque of 15 N m (133 lb in).
2. Tighten the bolt 1 through bolt 6 in a numerical sequence to 100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft) as shown in Illustration 1.
3. Again, tighten the bolt 1 through bolt 6 in a numerical sequence to 250 15 N m (184 11 lb ft) as shown in Illustration 1.
4. Again, turn the bolt 1 through bolt 6 in a numerical sequence to 180 5 degrees.

4 14 8M-5860 Cup Plug Apply Loctite 540 to the bore.
Installation depth (F) is 1.5 0.5 mm (0.06 0.02 inch).
5 1 298-5347 Injector Sleeve Apply Loctite 246 to the threads before assembly.
Torque to 150 10 N m (110 7 lb ft).
6 6 300-4048 Cup Plug Apply Loctite 540 to the bore.
Installation depth (F) is 1.5 0.5 mm (0.06 0.02 inch).
7 2 247-1074 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with clean engine oil.
