Remove panel (2).

Remove bolts (3) and panel (4).

Remove bolts (5) and duct (6).

Remove bolts (10) and disconnect handle assembly (9).

Remove bolts (12). Repeat for the other side. Cut the cable straps that are located on the back of frame assembly (11).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (11). Use the suitable lifting device in order to raise frame assembly (11) by approximately 35 mm (1.4 inch). This will provide the proper clearance for the removal of the cab heater.

Disconnect harness assembly (13). Disconnect heater hoses (14) and (15).

Remove bolts (16) and panel (17).

Disconnect air conditioning hose assemblies (18) and (19). Pull heater hoses (14) and (15) through the bottom of the cab that were disconnected in Step 13.

Remove air conditioning hose assemblies (18) and (19).

Remove bolts (20) from the bottom of the cab.

Disconnect harness assembly (22).

Disconnect four harness assemblies (23). Disconnect harness assembly (24) from clips (26) and place harness assembly (24) to the side. Remove cab heater (25).
