Information:

Machine level, parking brake set, oil warm and engine stopped. 1. Remove the torque converter filter housing drain plug, and allow oil to drain. 2. Remove housing and filter element. Discard the element.3. Clean the filter housing in clean nonflammable solvent. 4. Clean the base and inspect the filter base seal. Use a new seal if the used seal is damaged.5. Clean and install the drain plug. 6. Install the filter housing and a new element. 7. Remove the transmission filter housing drain plug and allow the oil to drain. 8. Remove the filter housing and element. Discard the used element.9. Clean the filter base and inspect the filter base seal. Use a new seal if the used one is damaged.10. Clean the filter housing in clean nonflammable solvent.11. Clean and install the drain plug.12. Install the filter housing and a new element. 13. Remove the hydraulic tank breather cover. Clean the cover in clean nonflammable solvent.14. Remove and discard the breather element. Install a new element. Install the cover. 15. Remove the transmission and torque converter oil return filter cover. 16. Remove and discard the filter element (1).17. Remove the screen (2) and wash it in clean nonflammable solvent. 18. Install the clean screen and a new element. 19. Clean the cover and inspect the cover seal. Use a new seal if necessary. Install the cover. 20. Remove the brake cooling return oil filter cover. 21. Remove two screens and wash them in clean nonflammable solvent. 22. Remove the baffle and wash it in clean nonflammable solvent.23. Install the clean baffle and screens. 24. Clean the cover and inspect the cover seal. Use a new seal if necessary. Install the cover.25. Start the engine and run it at low idle. Inspect for leaks. 26. Observe the oil level when the oil is warm and the transmission is in NEUTRAL.27. Maintain the oil level to the FULL mark in the sight gauge.(29)Alternator Belts
1. Inspect the condition and adjustment of the alternator belt. Correct adjustment allows 9/16to 13/16 inch (14 to 20 mm) deflection under 25 lb. (11.5 kg) force. 2. To adjust, loosen locknut (1) and alternator mounting bolts (2). 3. Turn the adjusting nut to obtain the correct deflection. Measure the deflection of the belt.4. If the deflection is incorrect, repeat procedure. 5. Tighten the lock nut and the mounting bolts.(30)Air Conditioner - Compressor Belt
1. Inspect the condition and adjustment of the compressor belts. Correct adjustment allows 9/16to 13/16 inch (14 to 20 mm) deflection under 25 lb. (11.5 kg) force. 2. To adjust, loosen the locknut (1) and loosen the compressor mounting bolts (2). 3. Turn the adjusting nut (3) to obtain correct deflection. Measure deflection of the bolt.4.
