Description of Change: New flash software improves dosing system control and has several new features. The following is a list of the changes:
Improved transient response
Improved ammonia slip and recovery logic
Improved data log formatting
Expanded web browser applicability
Added system name field
Added a selectable timer for ending setup mode after a disconnect event
Added load-specific backpressure alarm settings
Added a date and time entry field
Improved sensor signal conditioningAdaptable To: The new 450-7654 Flash Software replaces the existing flash software. The new software is identified as version 10.1.10 Software, and the replaced software includes all versions with lower numbers.The new software is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above.The new software is available on the Service Information System. The most current 459-2265 Engine Software Service Tool is required to install the new software on the controller. The software tool can be downloaded from the Caterpillar® Emissions Solution website (https://dealer.cat.com/StationaryEngineSolutions).If the software will be installed on a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system that has already been commissioned, make sure that the commissioning information is readily available.Refer to Systems Operation / Testing and Adjusting, UENR4332, "Selective Catalytic Reduction Retrofit Aftertreatment" for the installation procedure.
