Removal Procedure
Turn the fuel supply to the “OFF” position.

Disconnect hose assembly (3). Remove bolts (1) and remove fuel pressure regulator (2).

Remove plug (6) and check valve (5) from fuel pressure regulator (2).

Remove O-ring seal (7) and backup ring (8) from check valve (5). Installation Procedure
Note: Check all O-ring seals for wear and for damage. Replace the O-ring seals if the seals are damaged. Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed, prior to installation.
Install fuel pressure regulator (2) in reverse order of removal.
Tighten plug (6) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 1 lb ft).
