Release the system pressure. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "System Pressure - Release" for the correct procedure.

Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

Install Tooling (A). Attach an air supply hose to Tooling (A). Apply approximately 138 kPa (20 psi). This will pull a vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Install Tooling (B) as shown to support piston pump (implement) (4).

Remove bolt (5) and position hoses (6) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (C), as shown.
Loosen bolts (7) enough to allow the tube assembly to pivot.

Remove bolt (9) and the clamp.
Loosen bolts (8) enough to allow the tube assembly to pivot.

Cut cable strap (11) and loosen both ends of hose assembly (10).

Remove bolts (12) and use Tooling (C) to separate piston pump (implement) (4) from the engine.

Remove eight bolts (13) and pump drive (14).Installation Procedure
Install pump drive (14) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (D) to the threads of bolts (13).
Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
