Assemble two line relief valves (28). Install ring (35). Install backup ring (32). Install O-ring seals (34), (33), (31), (30), and (29).
Install line relief valves (28). Tighten line relief valves (28) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 4 lb ft). Attachment Control Valve

Install valve body (27). Install O-ring seals (26) in the valve body.

Install cover (25).
Remove Tooling (A).

Tighten bolts (23) and (24) to a torque of 157 20 N m (116 14 lb ft). Tighten the remaining bolts in the cover to a torque of 157 20 N m (116 14 lb ft).

Install valve (22) and spring (21). Repeat the procedure for plug (20).
Install plug (20) and plug (19). Tighten plug (20) and plug (19) to a torque of 157 29 N m (116 22 lb ft).

Assemble control valve (12). Install stop (15), springs (14) and (13), two seats (18), and bolt (17) to spool (16). Tighten bolt (17) to a torque of 17 1 N m (13 1 lb ft).

Assemble line relief valve (10). Install ring (8). Install backup ring (5). Install O-ring seals (7), (6), (4), (3), and (2).

Install cover (11). Tighten the bolts for cover (11) to the torque of 27 2 N m (20 2 lb ft).
Install line relief valve (10). Tighten line relief valve (10) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 4 lb ft).

Install cover (9). Tighten the bolts for cover (9) to a torque of 27 2 N m (20 2 lb ft).

Assemble line relief valve (1). Refer to Step 9.
Install line relief valve (1). Tighten line relief valve (1) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 4 lb ft). End By:
