Use a suitable lifting device and install the fuel tank. The weight of the fuel tank is approximately 60 kg (132 lb). Remove Tooling (A) from the fuel tank.

Connect fuel line (17) to the fuel tank. Turn fuel shutoff valve (16) to the ON position.

Use a suitable lifting device and install valve group (15) on the fuel tank. The weight of the valve group is approximately 100 kg (220 lb).

Connect wire harness (14) to the fuel tank.

Connect sixteen wire connectors (13) to the valve group.

Install four bolts (12) which hold the valve group in place.

Connect hose assembly (11) .

Install hinge pin (9). Tighten two setscrews (10) .
Install two bolts (8) .

Connect wire (7) to the fuel tank.

Connect chain (5) to the fuel tank and install bolt (6) .

Raise the fuel tank. Connect two hoses (3) and (4) to the bottom of the fuel tank. Lower the fuel tank.

Install two bolts (2) which hold the fuel tank in place.
Install drain plug (1). Fill the fuel tank, as required. The capacity of the fuel tank is 95 L (25 US gal).

(A) OFF position. (B) ON position.
Turn the secondary disconnect switch to the ON position (B) .End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
