Connect harness assembly (42) .

Install bolts (30) and new gasket (28). Install lower drain elbow (32). Repeat this procedure on the other side of the radiator.
Install hose assembly (26). Tighten hose clamp (31) .
Connect hose assemblies (27), (29), and (33) .

Connect harness assembly (20) that connects the sensors to the platform.

Install bolts (18) on each side of platform assembly (19) .

Connect hose assembly (17) .
Connect two tubes (16) and (15) with the required bolts.

Connect hose assembly (13) and hose assembly (14) .

Connect hose assembly (12) .

Install right cover (11) and the bolts.
Install left cover (10) and the bolts.

Install bottom shroud (9) and the bolts.

Use bolts (4), washers, and clips to install right shroud (7) .
Use bolts (6), washers, and clips to install left shroud (8) .
Install bolts (3) and clips in order to position the harness assembly.
Position right headlight (1) .
Install bolts for right headlight (1) .
Install bolts (5) and clips in order to position the harness assembly.
Position left headlight (2) .
Install bolts for left headlight (2) .

Install new cable straps (1C) in order to hold the harness assembly in the correct position. Connect the harness assembly to the sensor for the ambient air temperature.

Attach the connections of the condenser at the quick disconnect plugs (1B) .Note: Lubricate each side of the connections with refrigeration oil.

Install the upper radiator grill and the lower radiator grill.
Use a locknut to install the ambient air temperature sensor (1A) to the upper grill.

Install the handhold.
Fill the coolant in the radiators. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct procedure and for the correct amount.End By:
Install the ladder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ladder - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the front hood and the rear hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
