Removal Procedure
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove bolts (2) and panel (1).
Open door assembly (3).
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the opposite side.

Remove nuts (4) and clamp (5).
Loosen clamp (6).

Remove nuts (10) and U-bolt (8).
Loosen clamp (7) and remove tube assembly (9).

Remove bolts (12) and tube assembly (11).

Loosen clamp (13).

Remove nuts (16), clamp assembly (15), and muffler (14).Installation Procedure
Install muffler (14) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten clamp (13) to a torque of 43 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Tighten nuts (10) to a torque of 30 7 N m (266 62 lb in).
Tighten nuts (4) to a torque of 13 3 N m (115 27 lb in).
