The 357-8795 Tube As and 422-9022 Tube As are misaligned, which can lead to O-ring damage and/or the tube to crack, resulting in a coolant leak.Solution
Realign components and replace failed tube with new parts in Table 1.

Remove bolts (1), (3), and (5) with washers (2) and nuts (6) from adapter (4).
Remove Adapter (4).

Install tube assembly (1) with O-ring seal (2).

Install adapter (3) with gasket (6), nuts (4), bolts (5), (7), and washers (8).The bracket (9) to bracket joint should be left loose at this point. The bolts securing the adapter to the bracket should also be loose before starting. This allows the adapter (3) to move for the next operation.

Install gaskets (15) and tighten bolts (12), (13) with washers (8) to flanges (14) and (16).

Once the tube assembly is secured to the adapter , the adapter is now effectively locked into place. Tighten bolts (7), (11), with nuts (4), and washers (8), (10) to brackets (9) and 252-5811 Bracket with slots.
