To determine the length (A) of rod assembly (3), measure the distance from the center of pin (1) to the center of pin (2) . The length (A) should equal 447 3 mm (17.598 0.118 inch).

If the rod assembly (3) is not the proper length, loosen nut (4). Rod (5) must be turned in the clockwise direction in order to shorten the rod assembly (3). Rod (5) must be turned in the counterclockwise direction in order to lengthen the rod assembly (3).

The clutch pedal must travel a distance (B) in order to activate the limit switch. Distance (B) equals 15 3 mm (0.591 0.118 inch). Loosen nut (6) and turn arm (7) in order to adjust distance (B). Tighten nut (6).
The clearance (C) is the distance from the front bottom edge of the clutch pedal to the floor panel. Clearance (C) should equal 95 6 mm (3.740 0.236 inch).

Loosen bolt (10) in order to adjust the clearance (C) of the clutch pedal. Adjust the clutch pedal until the proper clearance (C) is reached.
Loosen jam nut (9). Adjust the pedal stop bolt (8) until clearance (D) is reached. Clearance (D) is equal to 16 6 mm (0.630 0.236 inch). Tighten the jam nut (9).

Remove cover (11) and remove sensor (12). Measure the distance (E) between the pin and the housing. The distance (E) from the end of the shaft to the housing is 1.5 1 mm (0.059 0.039 inch). If distance (E) is not correct, the pin must be adjusted. Adjust the pin in order to achieve distance (E). reinstall the cover (11) and the sensor (12).
