Remove covers (1) from the spark plugs and adapters.

Remove spark plugs (2) with Tooling (A). Installation Procedure

Install spark plugs (2) with Tooling (A). The spark plug gap should be set at 0.645 0.075 mm (0.0250 0.0030 inch). Tighten the spark plugs to a torque of 35 5 N m (25 4 lb ft).

Install covers (1). Make sure that the cover makes a good connection with the spark plug.
