Rear of the Engine Compartment
(1) Emulsion pump
(2) Filter assembly
(3) Shutoff valveEmulsion pump (1) is located at the rear of the engine compartment. This component is accessed via the engine compartment cover.In order to treat the tires with emulsion, emulsion pump (1) is activated. The pump draws emulsion fluid from the emulsion tank through shutoff valve (3) and filter assembly (2). The pump then delivers the fluid to the emulsion spray bars and spray nozzles.

Front and Rear of Machine
(4) Emulsion spray bars
(5) Spray nozzlesEmulsion spray bars (4) and spray nozzles (5) are located over tires at the front and the rear of the machine. Access is from the front or the rear of the machine.The emulsion spray system pumps emulsion solution through spray bars (4). The emulsion solution passes through the emulsion spray bars to feed two spray nozzles (5) on each bar. One nozzle is positioned over each tire.

Right Side of Machine
(6) Emulsion tank
(7) Emulsion tank fill capEmulsion tank (6) and emulsion tank fill cap (7) are located on the right side of the machine. Access to these components is via the right-side access door.Emulsion tank (6) holds 40 L (10.6 US gal).

Left Side of Machine
(8) Emulsion pump fuse
(9) Emulsion pump relayEmulsion pump relay (9) and emulsion pump fuse (8) are located on the left side of the machine. These components are accessed via the engine cover.Emulsion pump relay (9) is controlled by the options ECM. The relay is located in position "R3" of the center fuse panel.Emulsion pump fuse (8) provides power for the emulsion pump motor through emulsion pump relay (9). The emulsion pump fuse receives power when the battery disconnect switch is closed. This fuse is located in position "F7" of the left fuse panel.

(10) Options ECMOptions ECM (10) is located at the rear of the machine. Access to this component is via the engine cover and a removable panel.Options ECM (10) monitors and controls the emulsion spray system components.
