1. Disconnect hose (1) from valve (2). 2. Disconnect wire (3).3. Remove floormat (4) from the cab. 4. Remove bolts (5) from each side of the cab. 5. Remove cover (6) from the front of the cab. 6. Remove bracket (7). 7. Remove duct assembly (8) from the left side of the cab. 8. Remove three plugs (9) and the three bolts under the plugs on the left side of the cab. 9. Open door (10). Remove the air cleaner element from the housing. Remove the two plugs and bolts from the housing.10. Remove the plug and bolt (11). 11. Remove cover (12), ash tray (13) and vent (14) from the duct assembly on the right side of the cab. 12. Remove duct assembly (15) from the right side of the cab. 13. Remove six plugs (16) and the bolts under them on the right side of the cab. Later machines have the rear lifting eyes on the rear of the cab and the backup alarm location is on the rear of the machine.
EARLIER MACHINE SHOWN14. Use a hoist to remove cab (17) from the platform. The weight is 900 lb. (410 kg).Install Cab
1. Make sure the seals that are between the cab and the platform are in position. Later machines have the rear lifting eyes on the rear of the cab and the backup alarm is located on the rear of the machine.
EARLIER MACHINE SHOWN2. Use a hoist to put cab (1) in position on the platform. Hand start all the bolts that hold the cab in place. Tighten all the bolts and then install the plugs and the cover. 3. Install the six bolts and plugs (2) that hold the right side of the cab in place. 4. Open door (3) and install the two bolts inside the housing. Install bolt (4). Install the plugs. 5. Install the three bolts and plugs (5) that hold the left side of the cab in place. 6. Install bolts (6) on each side of the cab. 7. Install bracket (7) on the front of the cab. 8. Install cover (8). 9. Install duct assembly (9) on the right side of the cab. 10. Install vent (12), cover (10) and ash tray (11) in duct assembly (9). 11. Put air cleaner element (13) in the housing. Close the door. 12. Install duct assembly (14) on the left side of the cab. 13. Install floormat (16).14. Connect wire (15). 15. Connect hose (17) to valve (18).end by:a) install rollover protective structure (ROPS)
