Place Tooling (A) under bucket tilt link (1). This will help to prevent the bucket tilt link from falling when the pin assembly is removed.

Remove bolt (2), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (3) .

Attach Tooling (B) to pin assembly (3) .
Use a suitable lifting device in order to support Tooling (B), as shown.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the rod end of the tilt cylinder.
Use Tooling (B) in order to remove pin assembly (3) .Note: Start the engine and retract the tilt cylinder. Lower the rod end of the tilt cylinder onto the lift arm assembly.

Use a suitable suitable lifting device in order to support tilt lever (4), as shown.

Remove bolt (5), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (6) .

Attach Tooling (C) to pin assembly (6). Use a suitable lifting device in order to support Tooling (C), as shown.
Use Tooling (C) in order to remove pin assembly (6) .

Remove bolt (7), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (8) .

Attach Tooling (D) to pin assembly (8) .
Use a suitable lifting device in order to support Tooling (D), as shown.
Use Tooling (D) in order to remove pin assembly (8) .
Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove tilt lever (4). The weight of tilt lever (4) is approximately 255 kg (560 lb).

Remove lip seal (9) from the center bore of tilt lever (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the tilt lever.

Attach Tooling (E) to tilt lever (4) .
Use Tooling (E) in order to remove the bearing from the tilt lever.
