Install the valves using washers (31) and bolts (33) in the pump compartment.

Assemble hose (30) with green band-hose (28) and install in port (ZT) of the valve and the other side in port (ZT) of the block.
Assemble hose (30) with white band-hose (27) and install in port (YP) of valve and the other side in port (YP) of the block.

Install the hose pilot hoses.
Connect hose (D) with red band-hose (Connected in the port aR2 (AK) of Main-Valve) in port 1 (AG) of the valve.
Connect hose (24) with brown band-hose (Connected in the port Pa1 (AJ) of Main-Valve) in port 2 (AL) of the valve.

Install harness (AH). Plug harness connectors (HA), (HB), and (HC) to the pilot valves connectors according to the Illustration 24.

Follow the harvester harness
Route harness (AH) through the chassis according to illustrations 25, 26, and 27.

Adjust the work tool parameters in the monitor. Select the work tool parameter settings on the monitor, according to Test and Adjust, KENR5695, "Machine Tool Control System – Select and Programming The Machine System". Select the harvester work too currently used and set the A1 flow and A2 flow according to the Illustration 29. Refer to the Harvester specified required high and low hydraulic flows. A1 is related to the high flow and A2 is related to the low flow. Install a flow meter at the harvester hose-end if a fine adjustment becomes necessary.Register the Retrofit
Since retrofits change the configuration of a product to something that generally is not available out of the factory, update the configuration of that product. Update the product configuration by entering the information from the table below into "SIMSi" and "AIMS". The AIMS application is "JIZ111-08" for retrofits that have a Caterpillar serial number and "JIZ111-07" for retrofits that do not have a Caterpillar serial number.
