Remove the current fan, the belt, the adapter, and the pulley.ReferenceDisassembly and Assembly, RENR5643, "Fan Drive - Remove"Note: Disassemble the fan guards. The coolant lines and the radiator do not need to be removed for this procedure.

Remove batteries (9) in order to gain additional access.
Assemble the new fan system.
