Park the machine on level ground.
Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position.
Release latches (2).
Open lid with outside handle (1).
Use the following procedure to replace each filter element.
Inspect the filter elements (3) for excessive wear and damage.
Inspect condition of the internal components inside the dust box. If wear or sand blasting is present, a detailed inspection may be necessary.
Clean out any built up dirt or dust inside the dust box and drop out chutes.
Replace any worn or damaged components. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly manual for additional information.
Install the new filter elements.
Close the dust collector lid using inside handle (4) and secure the latches (2). Ensure that the drop-out chutes are in good order to maintain proper suction.
