Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti seize to the face of the washer and to the threads of the bolts.
1 80 9L-7373 High Temperature Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts:
1. Torque the bolts to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
2. Again, tighten the bolts to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
2 12 303-9450 Bolt Torque to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
3 8 0S-1591 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
4 20 200-6554 Bellows As Install bellows assemblies with the flow direction, as shown in the Illustration 2.
Allowable offset for the bellows assemblies from the center of the casting inner diameter is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
5 46 360-0798 Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamps:
1. Torque the clamp bolts to 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
2. Lightly tap around the clamps.
2. Again, tighten the clamp bolts to 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
