Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propulsion lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.

Move throttle lever (3) to the LOW IDLE position.

Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.
Assemble Tool (A), and assemble Tool (B) .
Connect Tool (A) to Tool (B) .

Unhook latch (5) on each side of the machine, and open the engine compartment.

Install hood prop rod (6) .

Remove cap (7). Connect Tool (B) to pressure tap (8) on the top face of the vibratory manifold.
If this procedure is being done on a full flush machine, go to Step 12. If this procedure is being done on a standard machine (double vibratory drums), go to Step 13.

Disconnect inlet line (9) from the rear vibratory motor. Use Tool (C) to cap inlet port (10). Use Tool (D) to plug the line. Go to Step 14.

Disconnect inlet line (11) from the front vibratory motor. Use Tool (C) to cap inlet port (12). Use Tool (D) to plug the line. Go to Step 14.
Move engine start switch (4) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.
Move throttle lever (3) to the HIGH IDLE position. Operate the engine at 2580 25 rpm.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool (F). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 50 °C (122 °F).

Depress vibratory control switch (13) on propulsion lever (1).
Slightly move propulsion lever (1) out of the NEUTRAL position. Read the maximum pressure on Tool (A) .
Move propulsion lever (1) into the NEUTRAL position. Depress vibratory control switch (13). The main relief pressure should be 15000 500 kPa (2180 73 psi).
Move throttle control lever (3) to the LOW IDLE position.
Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.
If the pressure setting is within the specified range, go to Step 28. If the pressure setting is not within the specified range, go to Step 24.

Remove the plastic cap from main relief valve (14) .
Loosen locknut (15). In order to increase pressure, rotate adjustment screw (16) clockwise. In order to decrease pressure, rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise.Note: One quarter turn of adjustment screw (16) changes the pressure by approximately 1500 kPa (218 psi).
Hold the adjustment screw in place and tighten the locknut.
Go to Step 14.
Remove the tooling. If necessary, install Tool (E) on the main relief valve. Close the engine compartment.
