Add "D4E" to the subtitle of the article.--------------- END SUPPLEMENT ---------------Description of Change: A new rod end is used in the governor control linkage for the above tractors. The new end has a steel bearing. The result is smoother operation for improved operator control. Some of the former rod ends did not have steel bearings. Some of the bearings which were not made of steel became worn. When the bearings became worn, the governor control did not operate smoothly.
Adaptable As: The new 6V1033 Rod End is a direct replacement for the 9K8757 Rod End in this application. The 9K8757 Rod End is still available for use in other applications.
