Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the refrigerant condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".
Remove the fan drive belts. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Remove brackets (1) and (2). Remove bolts (3) and fan guard (4). Repeat for the other side.

Remove bolts (5) from fan spider assembly (6). Use two people in order to remove fan spider assembly (6) forward. The weight of fan spider assembly (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

Remove bolts (7) and adapter (8) .

Remove nuts (9) at the bottom of fan bracket assembly (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan drive pulley (1). The weight of fan drive pulley (11) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Remove bolts (12). Remove fan drive pulley (10) .
