Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove cover assembly (1) .
Open the hood.

Remove sheet assembly (2) .

Remove bracket (4) and support (3). Remove sheet assembly (5) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (6). Cut cable strap (7) and move harness assemblies (6) out of the way.
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and reposition hose assemblies (8) .

Loosen clamps (12) and slide clamps (12) out of the way. Remove bolts (11) in order to remove tube assembly (10) from check valve (9) .

Remove bolts (13) and hose assembly (14) .

Remove four bolts (17) and disconnect tube assembly (16) from the bottom of check valve (9). Remove bolts (15) and check valve (9) .Installation Procedure
Install check valve (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Install check valve (9) in the reverse order of removal.
